Thank you for shopping with Ablearns. We strive to provide quality educational resources and products. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

By purchasing products or services from Ablearns, you agree to this policy.


1. Digital Products

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • Online courses

  • E-books

  • PDF study materials

  • Mock tests

  • Recorded video classes

  • Downloadable resources

  • Software or digital files

No Return or Refund

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital products are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased, downloaded, accessed, streamed, or delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where required by applicable law.

Please review the product description carefully before making a purchase.


2. Physical Products

Physical products may include books, educational materials, merchandise, stationery, or other tangible goods sold through Ablearns.

You may request a return if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product is incomplete or missing essential parts.

  • The product was delivered in an unusable condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and invoice (where applicable).


3. Non-Returnable Physical Products

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • The product is returned without its original packaging or essential components.

  • The return request is made after the applicable return period.

  • The damage is caused by improper handling after delivery.

  • The item is marked as non-returnable on the product page.


4. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support with:

  • Order number

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photographs of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers should not return products without receiving return authorization from Ablearns.


5. Inspection and Processing

After we receive the returned product, it will be inspected.

Return requests will be processed within 5 business days after the returned product is received and successfully inspected.

If the return is approved, we will initiate the applicable refund or replacement.


6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase, unless otherwise required by law or agreed upon.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take 5 to 15 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after the refund has been initiated.

Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


7. Replacement

Where appropriate, Ablearns may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacements are subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A similar product of equal value, or

  • A refund, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.


8. Order Cancellation

Digital Products

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once access has been granted, the download has started, or the product has been delivered.

Physical Products

Orders for physical products may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the product qualifies under this policy.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Ablearns is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


10. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photographs showing the issue so we can assist you promptly.
